My name is Bud Sparks and I am the principal operator of Diamond Spring Technical services. Beginning in the late 1980's, I have worked in many areas of the computer field and held positions in Systems Engineering and IT Management. My certifications through the years include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Netware Master & Enterprise Certified Systems Engineer, and Certified Netware Instructor. I am also teaching various advanced Microsoft Server courses at Mercer County Community College.

Diamond Spring Technical Services, LLC was formed in March 2009 and is located in the county of Middlesex, Monroe Township, N.J. Currently, most of the work done is local, but the company's vision is to expand into other communities within the year.

Mission Statement: Diamond Spring Technical Services, LLC is dedicated to providing our customers with outstanding service and quick response times on a 24/7, 365 day per year basis. We provide our clients with up-to-date information on their equipment and service history via web access, hard-copy reports and newsletter distributions.

In addition to physical support calls to a home or business, we have the ability to perform remote support and also provide help-desk services. Service and Maintenance contracts are available which will provide ample protection and cost savings throughout the contract term.
