Diamond Service Includes:

• (2)Scheduled services to perform PC Tune-ups (Initial service and Subsequent Tune-up after 6 months. Includes disk optimization & defragmentation. One Scheduled service for PC Tune-up can be used as an On-Site Support call.
• Cleaning & dust removal from pc interior (if desktop), check interior cables & proper operation of internal fans.
• No labor charges to replace or upgrade Hard Drive, CD/DVD ROM drive, memory, Network Card, Wireless Card, or System board.  (If Hard Drive, includes re-installation of OS only. Does not include hardware costs, or data transfer.)
• No labor charges to install Peripheral Equipment on contract pc. (Printer, Wireless Adapters, etc.).
• Check functionality of CD-ROM / DVD-ROM drive & trays. Provide CD/DVD cleaning disk for customer.
• Check for updates and apply to operating system & programs during each visit.
• Virus, Malware, Adware scan of computer.
• Check and verify functionality of backup system to insure integrity of data.
• Provide pc health report with recommendations.
